Click Preferences -> Select the Server coolhousing.net:80 some server will not work because globe is limited only to port 80.

First, 
Search a proxy in cool-proxy.net or xroxy.com: 
Select only port 80 or 8080 

In CProxy -> Choose Parent Proxy -> Check Connect through Parent Proxy -> Select HTTP Tunnel -> Paste the proxy there -> Click Apply
