I finally managed to find an alternative for MT$. UDP 53 port is open in Tikona network. If you have a tikona modem then use any VPN that supports 53 port. I have attached $athikVPN, you can use it with tikona.
The download speed is around 10-12Mbps.
Steps :-
1> First connect tikona ethernet cable to PC.
2> Now open web browser and type 1.254.254.254 This is will open tikona login page.
3> Now connect vpn and enjoy unlimited free internet
